The Aqua Hotel Portland, Portland

The hotel has a few ups and downs. The rooms had big and soft towels, which was a nice touch, but the small double bed left little space for my belongings. The service was a mix of exceptionally helpful and somewhat distant, with a varied experience depending on the staff member. The location was convenient for exploring Portland and Chesil Beach, despite some tired surroundings. The dining experience was unusual for a hotel, with some quality issues but a good breakfast value. Overall, a mixed bag with some standout features.
